Your data
You can delete your Celestial Collective account from inside the Polaris app, in about ten seconds. This page says exactly what that removes and what it leaves behind.
Applies to: Polaris for Vendors
(com.celestialcelebrations.polaris.vendor) and Polaris
(com.celestialcelebrations.polaris), published by Celestial
Collective. Last updated: 4 August 2026
Deletion happens immediately. There is no waiting period, no email to confirm, and no request to approve at our end — the app asks our server to remove the account and it is gone before the screen returns you to sign-in.
No account on Celestial can be created from inside the Polaris app, so if you have never signed in there is nothing to delete.
Be sure before you tap it
This cannot be undone, and we cannot restore it for you afterwards. There is no archived copy sitting behind the scenes that support can reach — that is the point of the promise, and it is why the app asks twice.
If you worked an event, the record of that event belongs to the couple who booked it, not to you. So the event survives, with your name removed from it:
A couple should not lose the timeline of their own wedding because a supplier closed an account. Nothing kept this way identifies you, and none of it can be traced back to a deleted account.
Nothing is kept on a timer. Deletion happens the moment you confirm — there is no grace period, no soft-delete, and no queue. Routine database backups are taken and rotated as normal infrastructure practice, and they are never used to restore a deleted account.
If you have lost access to your phone or cannot sign in, email andrew@celestial-celebrations.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We will confirm it is you before we do anything, and the result is identical to deleting it yourself.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. It only removes the app.
