Celestial Collective is business management software for wedding and event suppliers — DJs, photographers, videographers, coordinators and photo booth operators — together with a free planning app for the couples who hire them. Suppliers run enquiries, proposals, contracts, invoices, payments and their booking calendar in one place; couples get a guest list, budget, checklist, seating chart and RSVP website that share the same event record as their suppliers.

The part nobody else joins up.

Vendor software exists. Couple planners exist. What does not exist is the seam between them — which is exactly where a wedding goes wrong.

One running order

The coordinator moves the first dance and it moves for the DJ, the photographer and the couple at once. Not four copies drifting apart in four inboxes.

One guest list

The couple keeps it, because it is theirs. Their suppliers see the count and the seating they need — without asking for a spreadsheet three times.

No login wall for clients

Contracts, invoices, questionnaires and song requests all open at a private link. A couple never makes an account to answer a question.

Built inside a working wedding business.

If you connect a Google account.

Connecting Google is optional — every part of Celestial Collective works without it. When a supplier does connect one, here is exactly what it buys and nothing else:

Contracts and invoices go out from your own address, not from a stranger’s domain, so your couples recognise the sender. We can send mail as you. We cannot read, search or list your inbox — we never ask for that permission.
Your real availability is respected. We read the events already on your calendar so the app can warn you before you take a date you are not actually free for.
Confirmed bookings write themselves into your calendar, and update when a date moves.
Business bookings stay out of your personal calendar. We create a separate Celestial calendar and confine ourselves to it.

You can disconnect in the app at any time, or revoke access directly from your Google account. The Privacy Policy lists each permission by name and what it is used for.
