Why this matters
Every supplier asks for this, and until it exists they each build their own
version. Yours is the one they read: a coordinator working from Celestial sees it
live, without you emailing anybody.
Do this
- Fill in your anchors
When the venue opens, and when the ceremony starts. Everything else is timed around those two.
- Generate it, or write it
With the anchors set, Celestial drafts the whole day and you edit it. Or load the starter template and change what does not apply.
- Set times with the picker
A list of times you scroll, not a box to type into — so “half two” never reaches a DJ as a blank.
- Send it to anyone not on Celestial
Export timeline gives a spreadsheet with the times written out in full.
You’ll know it worked when
Your suppliers stop asking you what time things are happening.
If it doesn’t go to plan
A moment showing “was…” beside an empty time is one typed
before the picker existed that we could not read as a time. Your words are kept;
set a real time and the note goes away.
