Why this matters
Most of your inbox is four or five emails written slightly differently every
time. Saving them makes replying fast, and — more usefully — makes your
slowest replies as good as your best ones.
Do this
- Open Settings → email templates
Home → Save an email template goes there.
- Start with your enquiry reply
It is the one you send most and the one that wins work.
- Write it as you would to a real couple
A template that sounds like a template gets read like one.
- Add the next few
Booking confirmation, the week-before check-in, and the thank-you afterwards.
You’ll know it worked when
At least one email template is saved.
If it doesn’t go to plan
Keep your enquiry reply short and end on a question. A long reply with no question is where most enquiry threads stop.
