Why this matters

The photographer, the DJ and the coordinator each keeping their own timeline is how the first dance happens while somebody is still eating. Move it once and it moves for everybody — no group text at 7pm.

Do this

1. Build the running order on the event
   Times, what happens, and who is responsible.
2. The other suppliers on that event see it
   The same one, not a copy.
3. Anyone attached can move an item
   And it moves for all of them.
4. The couple sees it too
   In their planner, if they are connected.

You’ll know it worked when

Everyone attached to the event opens the same timeline and sees the same times.

If it doesn’t go to plan

Only suppliers actually attached to the event can see it. If somebody is missing, add them on the event first — that is the permission, and it is the usual reason a photographer says they cannot find it.
