Why this matters

It is the screen you land on every time you open Celestial, and it is the only one that is DIFFERENT for everybody — the panels are yours to add, remove and reorder. Knowing what each one answers is the difference between a dashboard you read and a dashboard you scroll past.

Do this

Read the top strip first
Your greeting says what is happening today or tomorrow, and the numbers beside it are open tasks, what is booked and what is still owed.
Work down Get set up
It ticks itself off real data, not off you saying you did something. It disappears once you are set up.
Use the calendar as a way in, not a picture
Dots mark event dates and task due dates. Click a day to see what is on it — and to add a task or an event to that day.
Watch the inboxes
Leads and enquiries land here before they are anything else. This is the panel that costs you money when it is ignored.
Rearrange it
Edit layout lets you drag panels, hide the ones you never read, and choose how many columns. It saves to your account, so it follows you to another device.

You’ll know it worked when

Your home page shows the panels you actually use, in the order you use them.

If it doesn’t go to plan

Panel gone missing? Nothing is deleted — Edit layout lists every panel available, including the ones you have hidden, and new ones we add appear there too. Reset the layout from the same place if you want the default back.

If you are a…

DJs. The song requests panel fills up on its own as guests submit through Polaris. Keep it near the top in the week of an event.

Photographers & videographers. The production queue is the one to keep visible — it is every shoot still in editing, and it goes red before a delivery date does.

Coordinators. Keep the tasks and calendar panels together. You are the person other people are waiting on, and those two are the whole answer to what is next.
