Answer “are you free on the 14th?” before anybody asks it.
About 3 mins
It is the first question in almost every enquiry, and answering it costs you a reply and a day. Published, your profile shows which dates are already taken — and other suppliers you are connected to can see the same thing, so nobody has to ask you before recommending you for a date.
Your public profile shows your booked dates, and a private window confirms it.
Switched on and still nothing? It is almost always the middle step: the switch and the PAGE are two different things, and the page has to be live for the calendar to have anywhere to appear.
DJs. Saturdays go first and couples know it. A visible calendar turns “are you free” into “can we book the 14th”.
Photographers & videographers. Worth publishing even in an editing month — a date you are shooting is taken whether or not you are answering email that week.
Coordinators. You are the supplier other suppliers check first. Being readable to your connections is most of the value here.
