Why this matters

The reason people stay on software they dislike is the thought of moving a year of bookings by hand. Switching should cost an evening, not a season.

Do this

1. Export from your current tool
   A CSV is fine. Every one of them can produce one.
2. Open Events → Import
   Drop the file in.
3. Match the columns
   It guesses; you correct what it got wrong.
4. Check a few before committing
   Especially dates — every tool writes them differently.

You’ll know it worked when

Your existing bookings appear as events, with clients attached.

If it doesn’t go to plan

Import in one go rather than a few at a time. Two half-imports produce duplicate clients, and merging those afterwards is the job you were trying to avoid.
