A template is your contract with the client-specific parts left as blanks. Names, dates, venue and totals fill themselves in from the event, so sending a contract becomes one click instead of a careful find-and-replace at midnight.
At least one contract template is saved.
We do not supply contract wording, and would not be doing you a favour if we did. Terms are a legal matter in your state and for your trade — use your own, or one your trade association provides.
DJs. Overtime and the load-in window are the two clauses DJs most often wish they had included.
Photographers & videographers. Image rights, delivery timescale and what happens to the shoot if you are ill are the ones to get right.
Coordinators. Say plainly what you are NOT responsible for. Most coordinator disputes are scope, not quality.
