Payment Plans

Why this matters

Most bookings are not paid in one go, and the alternative to a plan is a calendar reminder you set for yourself eleven months out. A smaller deposit with the rest spread out is also easier for a client to say yes to.

Do this

1. Choose a plan on the booking
   Half now half before, thirds, a retainer then quarterly, or paid in full.
2. The amounts are worked out from the total
   All percentage-based, so they fit any booking value.
3. Each step becomes an invoice on its date
   Due dates are computed from the event date or the booking date, whichever the step says.
4. Late ones are chased
   You are told; so are they.

You’ll know it worked when

The schedule shows against the booking, with what is paid and what is outstanding.
