List your services and prices

What you offer and what it costs.

Why this matters

These are not just words on your profile. Quotes and invoices are built FROM these, so every hour you spend here is an hour you do not spend re-typing the same three packages for the rest of the year.

Do this

  1. Open your profile
Services live on the profile builder, because they are what your public page lists.
  2. Add each thing you sell
Name, a sentence of what is included, and the price.
  3. Say whether it is a fixed price or hourly
Hourly lines multiply out on a quote; fixed ones do not.
  4. Leave out anything you will not honour
A price on your public page is a price a couple will hold you to.

You’ll know it worked when

At least one service is saved against your account.

If it doesn’t go to plan

Prices you would rather discuss than publish: give the package a starting price and say “from” in the description. A blank price reads as expensive.

If you are a…

DJs. Ceremony sound is worth listing separately from reception — it is the most common add-on and the most commonly forgotten from a quote.

Photographers & videographers. List coverage hours as separate packages rather than one hourly rate. Albums, second shooters and rush turnaround are the add-ons worth naming.

Coordinators. Full, partial and day-of are three different products. Listing them separately is how a couple self-selects before they ever email you.
